We’re excited to announce the first annual MC LIVE!
MC LIVE! brings together hundreds of association and chamber professionals for three days of educational breakouts, hands-on instruction, and exceptional networking. This October 10-12, join us at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Downtown for a shockingly refreshing technology conference experience that will empower the way you lead your organization and transform how you serve your members.
This event is born directly out of our acquisition of WebLink - you see, the WebLink team produced the annual Summit (sound familiar, WL users?) for 15+ years. We’re thrilled the continue the tradition, and grow on the foundation that has been built!
We’ll continue to release more details (including a full agenda), but in the meantime here’s what attendees can expect:
Interactive software training and tips
With sessions for both MemberClicks and WebLink users, you’ll have the opportunity to train with our Product Experts in-person. These sessions are meant to help you uncover functionality that will ensure you’re maximizing the value you get by using your system. There will also be sessions focused on using your system to achieve more specific goals (i.e. increasing your non-dues revenue and setting up a benefits-based dues structure). To get the most out of these sessions, be sure to bring your laptop and follow along live!
Industry insight and best practices
Thanks to many Clickers’ (aka MemberClicks employees) connections around the industry, we’ll be inviting some of the top thought leaders to Indianapolis to talk about the topics that make them the pros. Learn about emerging industry trends, retention best practices, digital marketing strategies, leadership techniques, and so much more.
To get an idea of previous software and industry sessions, check out the 2017 Summit website. (Note: this is only an example, no guarantees that sessions will be repeated this year!)
Corner the Help team with one-on-one support
Have a lingering database issue? A repeat task that you wish was a little easier? A workaround that could really use a fix? At MC LIVE!, we’ll open up a room or two that will be solely dedicated to giving you some on-site support, directly with a member of our Help team. You can sign up for a time or just stop by and see who’s available - either way, we’ll get to the bottom of whatever is causing you trouble, right there on the spot!
Networking on networking on networking
Oh, the networking. The beauty of this event is, it brings together association and chamber professionals from all across North America, of all varieties, in one building for three days. Connect with professionals who are in your industry, a part of a different sized organization or from a completely unfamiliar part of the country - similar or very different, you’re bound to learn something you can take back to your own organization. You can network on your own in sessions (and in between!) or at the networking event we’ll throw one night! Details, TBD - party, guaranteed.
I’m gonna get real with you all: I’ve been looking forward to writing this post for so long. An annual user conference is a wonderful opportunity to do all of the above and more, all under one roof. It is such a fun time when you get Clickers and users in a room together. If you’ve never been - trust us, you won’t regret attending. And if you have, we hope we’ll see you again this year!
