Configuration Review and Best Practices

  • Our team will schedule a meeting to review results of your Community’s configuration audit and our recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliverables: Configuration Audit Report, 1-hour meeting with CommUnity Expert to review results, and two (2) additional hours to use for configuration updates and/or training meetings.

Marketing

  • Our team will schedule a meeting to discuss your project, goals, and to gather information to create marketing material such as:
    • Avatars and banners for discussion forums, file gallery, groups, home page, organizational profile, profile cover photo, videos
    • Home page splash image
    • Member badges
    • Points level badges
    • Badge glossary page
    • Leaderboard
    • Site policy page
  • This package may also be used to discuss best practices for your organization’s badge and gamification program.
  • Deliverables: 1-hour marketing review with marketing expert and receive an additional four (4) hours to use for marketing collateral creation, badging and gamification program, badge glossary page and/or member leaderboard.

Base to Premium Upgrade

Your Base CommUnity platform will be upgraded to Premium functionality including: Discussion forums, events, video gallery, custom tours, organizational profiles and open API access. This package also includes five (5) hours of platform training and project work.

Continuing Engagement Program (CEP) Training Package
